The modern Kew House was designed by Jackson Clements Burrows Architects is located in Melbourne, Australia, at the end of a culdesac within Yarra Boulevard neighborhood, a residential area, following the flow of the Yarra River, the land falls 11.5 meters distance from the street level for the former tennis court below.
The hill falls again beyond this area, the creation of a precipice from which the river and a golf course can be seen.
